This dress is described as Blue Spot - now, I may be colour blind, but I am fairly sure it's quite green. Hence the green shoes.
It's very floaty and feminine, with a cheeky keyhole buttoned neckline which allows for a cheeky bit of cleavage. I feel very girlie again. All dressed up with only work to go to.... Shame.
