Anyway, I look bloody shocking in these pics but I felt comfy and more fancy than I normally do.
These tights are a lush colour and I really wish they'd stayed up. Even with an emergency pair of pants over the top, my modesty was very much in question. Spending the afternoon rummaging around your lady area is frowned upon in posh establishments.
I think my quest for tights has to end. I suspect the massive size of my backside will forever hinder tight purchasing. If you don't have my gargantuan bottom, try these tights, they're quite lovely.
This lace peplum from Next is still one of my favourites and the ASOS skirt is very comfy and goes with much of my wardrobe. A bargain as well at a mere £18.
Lace peplum top (20) - Next
Midi skirt (22) - ASOS Curve
Burgundy tights - ASOS Curve
Cardigan (20) - Simply Be
Studded ballet flats - Oasis
Nice!
ReplyDeleteThat peplum top looks fabulous on you! I can never decide whether I like that style or not but you really carry it off. And the coloured tights are gorgeous too, I'm v tempted to get some to perk up the unremitting black I seem to end up wearing to work.

I've got these tights, too, and I love the colour and quality. I've not worn them out of the house yet, though, so I don't know if I'll have the same problem as you. They're a bit short after the 'legs' part. I find size 2 Evans tights are perfect on my size/height and they don't fall down, either! xx
ReplyDeleteYou look gorgeous!!! I love that top! x
